Refund Policy (Service Policy)

At EPLUS, we provide digital and creative services including advertising management, content production, videography, editing, and branding services. Because our services are customized and time-based, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply.

1) Payments & Project Start

Work begins only after:

  • Payment is received (full or deposit), and

  • The client provides required information/assets (brief, brand materials, access, etc.)

2) No Refund for Completed Work

Payments are non-refundable once any of the following has started:

  • Strategy planning or campaign setup

  • Content creation, shooting, or editing

  • Design / branding work

  • Any production or delivery milestone

This is because time, resources, and production costs are already committed.

3) Cancellation Before Work Starts

If a client cancels before EPLUS begins any work, a refund may be issued minus payment gateway fees (if applicable).

4) Cancellation After Work Starts

If a client cancels after work has started:

  • The client must pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any remaining balance (if any) may be refundable only for the undelivered part of the service.

5) Advertising Spend Is Not Refundable

For advertising services:

  • Platform ad spend (Meta/TikTok/Google) is paid by the client directly or billed separately.

  • Once spent on an ad platform, it is not refundable.

6) Revisions & Client Approvals

Unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement:

  • Each deliverable includes 1–2 rounds of revisions

  • Additional revisions or extra work outside the scope are billed separately

Delays in approvals or feedback can affect the delivery timeline, and do not qualify for refunds.

7) Refund Method & Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank, and may take several business days.
