Service Delivery Policy (Fulfillment Policy)

This policy explains how EPLUS delivers services purchased online.

 

1. Delivery method

 

All EPLUS services are delivered digitally and/or through scheduled sessions, which may include:

  • Online meetings (Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp)

  • File delivery via email, Google Drive, or a shared folder

  • Publishing to the client’s social accounts (if access is provided)

  • On-site filming (when included)

 

2. Typical timelines (unless your agreement says otherwise)

  • Ads setup: “2–5 business days”

  • Reels editing: “3–10 business days”

  • Branding: “7–21 business days”

  • Monthly management/retainers: starts on the agreed start date

Timelines depend on:

  • receiving assets on time,

  • client feedback and approvals,

  • platform review processes.

 

3. Client approvals and delays

If the client delays feedback/approvals, delivery dates may shift accordingly.

 

4. Revisions

 

Unless specified otherwise:

  • includes [1–2] revision rounds per deliverable

  • extra revisions are billed

 

5. Delivery confirmation

 

We confirm delivery by:

  • sending deliverables to the agreed email/folder, and/or

  • confirming publishing/launch, and/or

  • providing screenshots/links.
