This policy explains how EPLUS delivers services purchased online.
1. Delivery method
All EPLUS services are delivered digitally and/or through scheduled sessions, which may include:

Online meetings (Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp)

File delivery via email, Google Drive, or a shared folder

Publishing to the client’s social accounts (if access is provided)

On-site filming (when included)
2. Typical timelines (unless your agreement says otherwise)

Ads setup: “2–5 business days”

Reels editing: “3–10 business days”

Branding: “7–21 business days”
-
Monthly management/retainers: starts on the agreed start date
Timelines depend on:

receiving assets on time,
-
client feedback and approvals,
-
platform review processes.
3. Client approvals and delays
If the client delays feedback/approvals, delivery dates may shift accordingly.
4. Revisions
Unless specified otherwise:

includes [1–2] revision rounds per deliverable
-
extra revisions are billed
5. Delivery confirmation
We confirm delivery by:

sending deliverables to the agreed email/folder, and/or
-
confirming publishing/launch, and/or
-
providing screenshots/links.
