Creator Program Terms
Last updated: 21 July 2026
1. Program Purpose
The E Plus Creator Program allows creators, influencers, hosts, presenters and talent to apply for E Plus network and campaign opportunities. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, representation, employment, exclusivity, income or campaign invitations.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18, have legal capacity to agree, own or control submitted accounts and provide accurate information. E Plus may request reasonable verification during onboarding.
3. Application and Selection
E Plus may review content quality, authenticity, audience relevance, category, location, conduct, availability and campaign fit. E Plus may accept, decline, pause or remove a creator from the program, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
4. Independent Status
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, creators participate as independent parties and not as E Plus employees. Each creator is responsible for taxes, permits, equipment, insurance and professional obligations applicable to them.
5. Campaign Offers
Every campaign offer should state the brand, deliverables, deadlines, fees, usage rights, exclusivity, revision requirements, publishing requirements and payment conditions. A creator may accept or decline before commitment. Once accepted, cancellation terms apply.
6. Authenticity and Conduct
-
Do not purchase or misrepresent followers, views or engagement.
-
Do not impersonate others or submit accounts without authority.
-
Follow briefs, platform rules and applicable laws.
-
Treat brands, audiences and E Plus staff professionally.
-
Avoid discriminatory, hateful, illegal, deceptive or unsafe content.
7. Advertising Disclosure
Creators must clearly disclose paid or gifted relationships and use required branded-content tools, labels and wording. Creators must not make unsupported product, health, financial or performance claims.
8. Content and Usage Rights
Creator ownership and client usage rights are defined per campaign. No brand or E Plus usage beyond the agreed channels, territory, duration and purpose is granted unless agreed in writing. Creators must have rights to music, footage, locations and other materials used.
9. Content Review
Where pre-approval is required, creators must not publish before approval. Reasonable revisions within the brief may be requested. Material scope changes or reshoots should be agreed separately.
10. Payments
Fees, commission, required documents, payment method and payment timing are campaign-specific. Payment may depend on completed deliverables, approval, publishing, invoice or receipt requirements and correct payout information.
11. Products, Gifts and Expenses
Campaign terms will state whether products must be returned and which expenses are reimbursable. Creators should not incur expenses without written approval.
12. Confidentiality
Non-public briefs, launch dates, pricing, personal information and campaign materials must remain confidential until authorized for release.
13. Account Connections and Data
Creators may voluntarily connect supported accounts. Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Connections may be disconnected, and eligible information may be requested for deletion.
14. Suspension or Removal
E Plus may suspend access or remove a creator for fraud, repeated missed commitments, serious misconduct, legal risk, security issues or material breach. Existing payment and campaign obligations remain governed by the applicable agreement.
15. Contact and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Questions: support@eplusagency.com.
