Service Delivery Policy (Fulfillment Policy)

1. Delivery Methods
Services may be delivered through email, cloud folders, Creator Hub, online meetings, on-site production, publishing to authorized accounts, campaign reports or other methods stated in the agreement.
2. Timelines
Every proposal should define its timeline. Indicative timelines may include 2–5 business days for advertising setup, 3–10 business days for editing and 7–21 business days for branding. Influencer campaigns depend on creator selection, availability, products, approvals, production and publishing schedules.

4. Dependencies
Delivery dates may change when required information, products, access, approvals, payments or third-party platform decisions are delayed.
5. Reviews and Approvals
Clients must review submitted work within the agreed period. Silence does not automatically constitute approval unless the written agreement says so. Late feedback may move the publishing date or creator availability.
6. Revisions
Included revision rounds are stated in the proposal or campaign agreement. New concepts, reshoots, scope changes or revisions caused by inaccurate client information may require additional fees.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery may be confirmed by a file link, Creator Hub status, email, publishing link, report, meeting handover or written confirmation. Clients should download and secure final deliverables within any stated availability period.
8. Platform and Third-Party Delays
E Plus is not responsible for platform outages, moderation, API changes, account restrictions, shipping delays or third-party events outside reasonable control, but will communicate material impact and propose next steps.
