Refund & Cancellation Policy (Services)​​

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased from EPLUS.

 

1. General rule (services)

 

Because our work is time-based and customized, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

However, we aim to be fair. Refund eligibility depends on the service status and costs incurred.

 

2. Deposits / booking fees

​

  • If your project requires a deposit to book production time or start work, the deposit is generally non-refundable once work starts or resources are allocated (team time, scheduling, planning).

  • If you cancel before we start any work, we may refund the deposit minus any administrative fees or non-recoverable costs (if any).

 

3. Advertising services (very important)

​

  • Ad spend paid to Meta/TikTok/Google or any platform is non-refundable after it has been spent.

  • EPLUS service fees for strategy/setup/management are refundable only if:

    • we did not start the work, or

    • we fail to deliver the agreed service without a valid reason.

 

4. Videography / production / editing services

​

  • If filming is scheduled and you cancel within [X] hours/days of the shoot date, a cancellation fee may apply due to scheduling and crew booking.

  • Editing time already spent is non-refundable.

  • Third-party costs (studio rental, talent, locations, music licenses, props, permits) are non-refundable once booked/paid

 

5. Branding packages (personal/business)

​

  • If we have started discovery/strategy/creative development, refunds are not available for completed stages.

  • If cancellation occurs mid-project, you will be charged for completed milestones and delivered materials.

 

6. If EPLUS fails to deliver

 

If we cannot deliver the agreed service due to our fault and cannot reasonably fix it:

  • we may offer a partial or full refund depending on what was delivered and what remains.

 

7. Chargebacks and disputes

 

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at [support@eplusagency.com] with:

  • invoice number,

  • payment reference,

  • issue details.

 

We usually resolve issues faster directly than through chargebacks.

 

8. Processing time

 

If a refund is approved:

  • refunds are processed within [5–15] business days (timing depends on the payment method/gateway).
