Brand Campaign Terms
Last updated: 21 July 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to brands and clients requesting influencer or creator campaigns from E Plus. The final proposal or campaign agreement defines the binding scope.
2. Brief and Accuracy
The client must provide accurate product, claim, audience, compliance, timing and usage-rights requirements. E Plus may reject prohibited, unsafe, misleading or unsuitable campaigns.
3. Creator Selection
E Plus will use reasonable professional judgment to recommend creators based on the brief. Follower count alone does not guarantee performance. Final availability and participation depend on creator acceptance.
4. Fees and Payment
The proposal may separate E Plus management fees, creator fees, production, travel, products, licensing, advertising spend and taxes. Work starts after required payment and information are received.
5. Approvals
The client must review shortlists, briefs and content within agreed deadlines. Late approvals may affect creator availability and publishing dates.
6. Content, Claims and Compliance
The client is responsible for substantiating product claims and identifying regulated requirements. Creators and E Plus may refuse claims or instructions that appear misleading, unsafe or non-compliant.
7. Usage Rights
Organic reposting, paid media, Spark Ads, whitelisting, website use, edits, territory, duration and exclusivity must be stated in writing. Rights not expressly granted remain with the creator or applicable owner.
8. Revisions and Reshoots
Included revisions are limited to the agreed brief. New concepts, changed products, changed claims or requests after approval may require new fees and timelines.
9. Performance
E Plus does not guarantee views, sales, engagement, conversion, return on spend or platform distribution. Reports use information reasonably available from creators, platforms and campaign systems.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation is governed by the Refund Policy and campaign agreement. Committed creator fees, completed work and non-recoverable third-party costs may remain payable.
11. Brand Safety and Creator Conduct
E Plus will use reasonable review processes but cannot guarantee that a creator has never or will never publish unrelated controversial content. Material concerns will be assessed and managed under the campaign agreement.
12. Confidentiality and Data
Clients must protect non-public creator information and use it only for the campaign purpose. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Questions: support@eplusagency.com.
