1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the E Plus website, E Plus Creator Hub and services offered by E PLUS, also referred to as E Plus Agency ('E Plus', 'we', 'us' or 'our'). By using our website, submitting a request, creating an account or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable proposal, order, campaign brief, creator agreement or other written service agreement.

3. Services
E Plus may provide media production, videography, editing, short-form content, branding, social media management, advertising services, influencer marketing, creator sourcing and coordination, campaign management, creator-network services, consulting and related digital services. Exact scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, revisions, usage rights and responsibilities are defined in the applicable written agreement.
4. Website Requests and Applications
Submitting an enquiry, service order, brand campaign request or creator application does not create a confirmed booking, employment relationship, agency relationship, creator acceptance or guarantee of campaign opportunities. E Plus may accept, decline, pause or request more information regarding any submission, subject to applicable law.
5. Accounts and Creator Hub
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and notify E Plus of unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, automated or used to access information beyond the user's authorized role. E Plus may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, data, campaigns, platform integrity or legal compliance.
6. Third-Party Account Connections
Creator Hub may allow users to connect third-party platforms such as TikTok through an authorization process. The user chooses whether to connect an account and which permissions to approve. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies. E Plus does not control platform availability, API changes, moderation decisions, account restrictions or outages.
7. Client Responsibilities
-
Provide accurate briefs, claims, assets, access and approvals.
-
Own or have permission to use submitted trademarks, music, footage, products, claims and other materials.

Review deliverables within agreed deadlines.
-
Disclose regulated products, restricted claims or mandatory legal requirements.

8. Creator Responsibilities

Provide authentic information, accounts and audience data.
-
Follow campaign briefs, deadlines, platform rules and applicable advertising-disclosure requirements.
-
Disclose brand relationships and use required branded-content tools or labels.
-
Use only content, music and assets the creator has permission to use.
-
Avoid fake engagement, impersonation, misleading claims and prohibited content.
-
Maintain confidentiality where required.
9. Proposals, Payments and Start of Work
Work begins only after E Plus confirms the scope and receives the required payment or deposit and necessary information. Platform advertising spend, creator fees, locations, props, travel, shipping, talent, licensing and other third-party costs may be separate. Late payment may pause work and shift timelines.
10. Changes, Revisions and Approvals
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a new quotation, additional fees or timeline changes. Revision limits are stated in the applicable agreement. A failure to provide timely feedback may delay delivery and publishing dates.
11. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Each agreement should state ownership and usage rights. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, E Plus retains ownership of working files, project files, unused concepts, templates and internal processes. The client receives rights to approved final deliverables only after full payment and only for the channels, territory, term and purposes agreed. Creator likeness, content and usage rights are limited to the applicable creator or campaign agreement.
12. Portfolio Use
E Plus may display completed public work in its portfolio and marketing only where it has the necessary permission and doing so does not violate confidentiality, creator rights, client rights or applicable law. A client or creator may request written clarification or restriction before publication.
13. Campaign Performance
Results depend on audience behavior, creator fit, content, offer, budget, competition, platform systems and other factors. E Plus does not guarantee sales, reach, followers, views, engagement, conversions, return on advertising spend or platform approval unless a specific written guarantee is legally valid and expressly included in an agreement.
14. Cancellations, Refunds and Delivery
Cancellations, refunds and delivery are governed by the applicable agreement and our Refund Policy and Delivery Policy. Committed creator fees, completed work, ad spend and non-recoverable third-party expenses may be non-refundable.
15. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the website or Creator Hub, upload malicious or illegal material, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted information, interfere with services, impersonate others, exploit creator information, or use the platform for discrimination, fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Data Deletion instructions. Users should review those documents before submitting information or connecting a third-party account.
17. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update or modify website and Creator Hub features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated date and, where required, additional notice or consent.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party platforms, or loss resulting from inaccurate information supplied by a user. Any limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Liability allocation may be further defined in the applicable written agreement.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a user or client is responsible for claims arising from materials, instructions, products, claims or account access they supply without the necessary rights or authority, or from their breach of these Terms or applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. The competent courts of Egypt, including the competent courts in Giza where applicable, will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law or a written agreement provides otherwise. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written notice.
