Connected-platform information is accessed only after the user completes the platform authorization process. 6. International Processing
Some technology providers may process information outside Egypt. Where cross-border processing occurs, E Plus will seek to use appropriate contractual, technical and legal safeguards and obtain required approvals or permits. -
Active account and creator-profile information: while active and up to 24 months after closure

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures such as access controls, role-based permissions, secure connections, protected secrets, logging and vendor safeguards. No system is completely secure. Users should protect their login information and report suspected unauthorized access.
9. User Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or information about processing. Users may also opt out of direct marketing. Identity verification may be required before completing a request.
10. TikTok Disconnection and Deletion
Creators can use available Creator Hub controls to disconnect TikTok or contact support@eplusagency.com. Disconnecting stops future authorized access but does not always delete information already required for campaign, legal or accounting records. Eligible stored TikTok information can be requested for deletion through /data-deletion.
11. Children
The public Creator Program is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly invite children to connect accounts or enter creator contracts through this program. If information from a child is submitted, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
12. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies and may use analytics or advertising technologies with the required consent. Details and choices are described in our Cookie Policy. Rejecting non-essential cookies should not block essential website functions.
13. Third-Party Links
Our services may link to third-party platforms. Their processing is governed by their own notices and controls. Users should review those policies before connecting accounts or leaving our website.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy as our services, vendors or legal obligations change. The updated date will be shown above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
